Agree the reveal in advance
Discuss your reveal idea with the crew before booking suppliers or materials. A cake or contained announcement may be easier to coordinate aboard; any decorations and reveal materials must be approved for the yacht and harbour setting.
Make a day of it
Choose catering or discuss BYO food and drinks, and leave time for photographs and conversation after the reveal. Your captain and stewardess will help you plan a workable charter schedule.
